Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our refund and return terms below.
 

1. No Return Policy

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products (such as fruit vinegar and other natural food items), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or leaking upon delivery.

• The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

• The order is not delivered due to an issue on our or the courier’s side.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video showing the issue.
 

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will initiate your refund through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
 

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled as they are perishable.
 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged:

• Take a clear photo or video of the item and packaging.

• Send it to us at info4rupi@gmail.com within 48 hours.
  Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
   

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

• Delays caused by courier or incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Opened, used, or tampered products.
