We currently offer Pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
Please ensure your contact number and address are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

2. Shipping Charges

To make our pricing transparent and simple:

• A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all orders below ₹500.

• Free shipping is available on orders worth ₹500 or more.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination:

• Metro cities: 4–6 business days

• Other regions: 5–10 business days

• Remote or hilly areas: May take slightly longer

5. Packaging & Handling

All orders are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery, especially for glass vinegar bottles.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with photos for verification.
